Christy McCanna

I have been teaching social studies at Lampeter-Strasburg High School for 27 years. I have been teaching AP European History over the past several years. In addition to teaching social studies, I am a gifted support teacher for half of the gifted students at the high school. I also serve as the social studies department head, co-advisor for both the junior and senior classes, co-advisor for the Ski and Snowboard Club, and am a Link Crew coordinator at the high school. I also have three children – one who has graduated college, one in college, and a high school freshman.
